Knowing the right price

Brief:

The brief was for me to help my client figure out what is the right price to charge for the services they provide. It is important to me that my clients have confidence in their prices so they can sell their services knowing that they are worth their value.

Analysis

With the rise in cost pressure, we had to look at what Aideen would charge and increase
his prices accordingly. The challenge was that he had a price in mind and that he thought was going to be a good price but wasn’t sure if it would meet his needs. This means we had to work out a price so we could cover all costs and adapt to the current economic situations.

Outcome

Aideen found the system very useful and easy to understand why he should charge the prices he now does. Also, how he arrived at that price is an important factor because this gives him confidence in his prices for all the services he offers.
