I wasn’t Charging Enough

 

Brief:

        

The client asked, “Am I charging too little for my services?” and also “how should I charge regular and one-off clients?”

 

Analysis

 

I reviewed the profit margins of the business and then did a thorough review of the expenses and then accounted for the time taken on these services.

We established the business did not know it’s break even and therefore needed to put a plan in place to make a profit.

 

Outcome

 

From the analysis we established that the business could charge two separate values for existing regular clients and new one-off clients.

The client was able to generate a profit for the first time and now understands the breakeven cost position of the business.
