Is The Price Right?

 

Brief:

 

After speaking with Scott, I was concerned that my price was not meeting my needs and that I might not be making a profit and worst still a loss. My price was based on what my competitors were charging.

So, I asked Scott for help.

 

Analysis

 

A thorough of each of the product line and the elements that made up each product identified that the clients was indeed making a profit of 25% plus on each product being sold.

 

Outcome

 

From the analysis the client now understands how to accurately price each product and the effect of cost increases to his product lines. The client is now in control of his margins and the profits cam now flow and the client is comfortable in the knowledge he is making money.
